Which mindfulness practice resonates with my element according to my chart?

I’ve tried several different mindfulness methods, some more breath-oriented, some more focused on movement or stillness. I don't feel natural in all the ways I have explored, and I have begun to wonder if my element is contributing to this experience. It makes sense - if every element has a unique element of energy, then it makes sense that the type of mindfulness that feels most comfortable or helpful to me somehow relates to my element. Could my own element reveal to me which practice best resonates with my inner rhythm? I'd be so glad to know how my element influences the way I experience peace and which practice makes me feel most centered and alive.
