Which one should I do to properly open my chakras:day meditation or sleep meditation?

I'm Ishita from Guwahati. I was born on September 29th, 1995 at 8:15 AM. I've done both sleep meditation and morning chakra meditation. I'm more relaxed at night but more alert during the day. Which one really works better for chakra opening: sleep meditation or daytime practice?
