Why I feel lost despite my achievements? are my feelings of emptiness linked to depression?

Respected astrologer, there has been a painful emptiness ready to engulf me for several months even though I have accomplished a lot in my life. I tend to wonder why I am where I am and end up feeling nervous and shunned. My freedom of appetite and sleep is abnormal and I always feel exhausted and the feeling never eased. Is it possible that such patterns of emotions represent symptoms of a depressive disorder expressed in my birth chart? I would also like you to advise me, about planetary factors and probable remedies which may help to give me a sense of equilibrium on the emotional level. I request you to do insightful reading :- My name is Ananya Verma and I was born on 18th September 1996 at 11:15 PM in Lucknow.

Namaste Ananya Ji, Born on September 18, 1996, at 11:15 PM in Lucknow, you are a Taurus Ascendant with your Moon in Scorpio. This is a "Neecha Chandra" (Debilitated Moon). A debilitated Moon creates "persistent emptiness" even in the face of great achievement. You feel "shunned" because your internal perception is being clouded by the Moon’s weakness. The "abnormal sleep and appetite" are physical manifestations of "Anahata Chakra" (Heart Center) blockage. You have the "outward" success, but the "inward" vessel has a leak. This is a "Karmic Void." Your chart suggests you are carrying the "unfulfilled desires" of a past life, which makes your current achievements feel "hollow." This is not a disorder, but a "spiritual hunger." Remedy & Guidance:Pearl Therapy: Wear a high-quality South Sea Pearl in a silver ring on your little finger. This is the primary remedy for a debilitated Moon and will "fill" the emptiness you feel. ● White Charity: On Mondays, donate milk, curd, or white flowers at a temple. This will transform your "Anxiety" into "Devotion." ● Yoga Nidra: Practice "Yoga Nidra" for 20 minutes before sleeping. It will correct your abnormal sleep pattern and "reset" your subconscious mind. ● Mantra: Chant "Om Som Somaya Namah" 108 times every evening to stabilize your emotional equilibrium.
