Why add bowl risk worsening my ear tinnitus ringing?

I have a constant, high-pitched ringing in my ears. My name is Omar, born September 21, 1988. I'm worried that adding the bowl's sound on top of that might make it worse or interact with it in a bad way. Time: 4:30 PM. Location: Kochi.
