Why am I afraid of eating some foods because of my health anxiety?

Name: Dev Date of Birth: 11 July 1997 Place of Birth: Pune Time: 06:00 PM. My health anxiety has begun to influence my eating patterns. I avoid oily foods, milk, and even fruits at times because I fear they will cause illness. I read articles on food-borne diseases and then become fixated about what I eat. I've lost weight and am weak, but the fear prevents me from eating a regular meal. I wish to know how I can overcome this and enjoy food again. Can real and perceived health risks be separated?

Namaste, Dev. When health anxiety enters the kitchen, it attacks our very life force (Prana). The Problem: Your birth date (11 July 1997) suggests a sensitive digestive system or a Moon placement that is easily "polluted" by negative thoughts. You have blurred the line between "healthy eating" and "fear-based restriction." This is becoming Orthorexia—an obsession with "pure" eating to avoid illness. The Solution & Remedies:The 80/20 Rule: Allow yourself to eat "regular" food 20% of the time to prove to your brain that nothing bad happens. ● Blessing the Food: Before eating, chant a small prayer. This changes the "vibration" of the food from "danger" to "medicine." ● Astrological Remedy: Since you are a Taurus (likely) or have Taurus influences, your relationship with food is karmic. Donate white sweets or milk to a temple on Fridays to appease Venus and restore the "pleasure" of eating.
