Why am I always worried about everything even when nothing is wrong?
Name: Radhika Date of birth: 9 September 1998 Place of birth: Pune Time: 6:55 AM I was always a worrier, but now it is non-stop. Even when everything is okay, no deadlines, no tension my mind still runs with worst-case possibilities. I fret about my health, my relationships, my future, even little things such as what I've said in a conversation. It's draining and makes me feel like I am never really here. Someone said that my birth chart could be the reason for this behavior, particularly if my Moon or Mercury positions are strong. Why do I worry about everything even when nothing is wrong at all? Is this just my nature, or is there a deeper emotional or astrological reason?

10 months agoNamaste, Radhika, It is moving to hear how much you carry in your heart. In your birth chart, your Moon (Chandra) likely resides in a position that makes you highly receptive to the energies around you. When the Moon is conjunct with Rahu or placed in the 8th or 12th House, it creates Chandra-Dosha, leading to an overactive imagination that defaults to "worst-case scenarios." The Reason: This isn't just "your nature"; it is a planetary sensitivity. Mercury, the planet of communication and thought, might be under pressure, causing you to over-analyze past conversations. You aren't "never really here"—your mind is simply trying to protect you by anticipating trouble. The Solution & Remedies: ● The Silver Remedy: Drink water from a silver glass. Silver represents the Moon and helps stabilize fluctuating emotions. ● Chanting: Recite the Om Namah Shivaya mantra 108 times daily to anchor your mind in the present. ● Practical Step: Write your worries on paper and burn them safely, visualizing the fire consuming the unnecessary thoughts.
