Why am I constantly shaking with anxiety and how can I stop shaking immediately?
Name: Aditya Date of Birth: 9 December 1998 Place of Birth: Ranchi Time: 03:30 PM. Whenever I am nervous, my hands and legs shake uncontrollably. It occurs in front of people, during exams, even when I am just speaking with someone. I am embarrassed and attempt to conceal it, but the shaking increases my anxiety. I have attempted breathing exercises and water intake, but absolutely nothing seems to work at the time. I need to know why my body is responding this way and how I can prevent it immediately. Is there any physical or mental method that really works in calming the shaking?
