Why am I depressed even after having everything? Is this a karmic phase?
I am Meera and I am more than five years dealing with depression. I am employed and have a good family but I am always empty and tired. I am not able to get out of bed sometimes and even happy occasions do not make me happier. I have experimented with treatment and drugs and nothing appears to help. I am beginning to question whether there is more of a karmic or planetary explanation of this heaviness. Can you look at my horoscope and advise me on what the time frame is of this phase, and what can be remedied? Birth details: 12 March 1995, 5:40 PM, Delhi

6 months agoNamaste Meera Ji, It is a profound spiritual irony that "having everything" does not always translate to "feeling everything." Born on March 12, 1995, at 5:40 PM in Delhi, you possess a Leo Ascendant (Simha Lagna), while your Moon (Chandra) resides in its own sign, Cancer, in the 12^{th} house. In the cosmic hierarchy, the 12^{th} house represents isolation, the subconscious, and the drainage of energy. Even though your Moon is in its own sign, its placement in the house of "Vyaya" (Loss) creates an emotional leak. You feel empty because your lunar energy—your capacity for joy—is being drained into the infinite void of the subconscious. Furthermore, you are currently experiencing a significant planetary phase where Saturn (Shani) is casting a cold, restrictive glance over your emotional houses. This "planetary freeze" makes happy occasions feel hollow. You are not ungrateful; you are simply undergoing a Karmic Shodhan (Purification). Saturn is asking you to find a source of happiness that does not depend on external "things." This "emptiness" is actually a sacred space being cleared for a higher spiritual purpose. Remedy & Problem Solution: ● The Silver Fortification: Since your Moon is in the house of loss, you must "bind" its energy. Drink water from a pure silver glass and wear a solid silver bangle on your right hand. Silver is the conductor of lunar grace and will help plug the emotional leak. ● Shiva Sahasranama & Abhishekam: Every Monday, perform a "Jala-Abhishekam" (water offering) to Lord Shiva. Shiva is the only deity who can control the Moon’s erratic nature. Chanting or listening to the Shiva Sahasranama will bridge the gap between your emptiness and divine fullness. ● Purnima Vrat: Observe a fast on the day of the Full Moon. Consume only white foods (milk, rice, curd) after seeing the moon. This aligns your internal clock with the cosmic lunar rhythm, ending the "tiredness" you feel.
