Why am I experiencing signs of extreme anxiety even if I don't feel anxious?
Name: Pritam Date of Birth: 30 May 1995 Place of Birth: Lucknow Time: 7:20 PM. I've been experiencing symptoms such as tightness in the chest, restlessness, and lack of energy but mentally, I'm not anxious. It's weird because my body is in a panic state but my mind is relaxed. I'm beginning to question whether I'm repressing something or whether my anxiety is actually only physiological. Why do I show symptoms of severe anxiety when I am not consciously anxious?
