Why am I panicky in crowded places though I know I'm safe?

Name: Meera Date of Birth: 21 March 1996 Place of Birth: Hyderabad Time: 05:40 PM. Every time I find myself in a crowded situation such as a metro, market, or concert, I begin to feel trapped. My heart pounds, I perspire, and I must escape, but there is no escape. It is frightening and I have begun to steer clear of public places entirely. I need to know how to control this type of situational anxiety. Is it possible to calm myself at the moment without drawing attention or further panicking? I wish I could go out and be around people, but for this fear I can't.

Namaste, Meera. Feeling trapped in crowds is a sign of a "Vulnerable Aura." Your heart pounding is your body's "Mars" trying to fight its way out of a perceived prison. In crowds, you are absorbing the "collective noise." This situational anxiety is often linked to a sensitive Ascendant or a difficult Rahu transit in the 12th House (isolation/loss of self). The Cause: "Energetic Overload." Your aura is too "Open." Remedy & Solution:The "Armor" Visualization: Before entering a metro or market, visualize a Golden Shield around you. Say: "Only love enters, only peace stays." ● Fragrance: Apply Sandalwood or Rose oil to your wrists. These scents create a "Venusian boundary" around your personal space. ● Mantra: Chant "Om Dum Durgaye Namah" (The mantra of Protection). Action: "The Exit Strategy." When you enter a crowd, first identify the "Exit." Once your Saturn knows there is an escape, your Mars will stop panicking.
