Why am I struggling to overcome anxiety attacks both at home and at the workplace?

Name: Arjun Date of Birth: 30 June 1991 Place of Birth: Surat Time: 10:15 AM. I've had anxiety attacks on the job and at home, and it's hard for me to recover afterward. Even when the panic has gone away, I'm drained, embarrassed, and left feeling exposed emotionally. At the workplace, I fear others have come to know about my problem. At home, I'm embarrassed I let myself down once more. I want to learn how to wind down and reboot after an attack not just physically, but mentally and emotionally as well. Is there a technique for constructing resilience so that I don't bear the load of every episode for hours or days after?
