Why am I stuck thinking about a single disease I believe I will contract one day?

Name: Ayesha Date of Birth: 3 March 1996 Place of Birth: Bengaluru Time: 06:30 AM. I'm always obsessed with one particular illness Crohn's disease. I have no diagnosis, but I keep researching it, reading symptoms, and thinking about how my life will be altered if I develop it. It feels like I've psychologically committed to this fear and cannot escape it. I want to understand why this occurs and if there is a means to not obsess about a future that does not exist yet.

Namaste, Ayesha. Focusing on one specific disease (Crohn's) is a form of Somatic OCD. The Problem: Born on 3 March 1996, with Ketu in the 11th house, you are fixated on "future gains" or "future losses." You have chosen one disease as a "container" for all your generalized life anxiety. It’s easier for your brain to worry about "Crohn's" than to worry about the general uncertainty of life. The Solution & Remedies:Cognitive Reframing: Whenever you think of the disease, visualize a "Stop" sign. Switch your thought to a vacation you want to take. ● Stop the Research: You are not a doctor; you are a "searcher." Researching symptoms is the "fuel" for your obsession. Cut the fuel. ● Astrological Remedy: Donate yellow items (clothes, pulses) on Thursdays. This strengthens Jupiter, the planet of expansion and "Positive Future," helping you see a future of health rather than illness.
