Why am I unable to control my mind during the panic attacks even when I try all of these things?

Name: Devika Date of Birth: 18 November 1993 Place of Birth: Bengaluru Time: 06:40 AM. I feel like I lose control over my thoughts completely during panic attacks. I try to breathe, I count, even repeat affirmations, but my mind just keeps racing. It's like I'm stuck in a loop of fear and can't escape. I want to learn how to take complete control of my mind when I'm in the middle of an episode. Does there exist some mental trick or change that really works when all else is an option? I want to feel empowered and take back my mental space.

Namaste, Devika. As a Bengaluru-born seeker, your mind is as fast as the city itself, but it’s running on a "broken track. During panic, your Mercury (thoughts) and Moon (emotions) are "combust." They are being burned by the Sun (Ego/Fear). You can't "think" your way out because the "thinker" is the one who is panicked. You need a "Mental Bridge." Remedy & Solution:The "Alphabet Game": Pick a category (like "Fruits") and name one for every letter of the alphabet (Apple, Banana, Cherry...). This forces the Analytical Mercury to work, which automatically shuts down the Emotional Moon's panic. ● Mantra: Chant "Om Aim Saraswatyai Namah"—the mantra for the Goddess of Wisdom, who brings "Order" to "Chaos." ● Next Step: Wear a Silver ring on your little finger to "contain" the racing thoughts.
