Why anxious family hearing bowl judging weird woo?

I can only use my bowl when I'm completely alone. My name is Zara, DOB November 23, 1999. The thought of my roommate or family hearing the sound and thinking I'm being weird or "woo-woo" makes me too anxious to even take it out. Time: 8:15 PM. Location: Pune. I feel like I'm doing something secretive and slightly embarrassing, which ruins any chance of relaxing into the practice. My fear of judgment is louder than the bowl itself.
