Why bowl to refresh old apartment heavy energy stale?

I live in an old apartment that sometimes feels heavy. My name is Ravi, born October 5, 1986. I walk around the room while playing the bowl, imagining the sound waves pushing out stale or negative energy and refreshing the space. Time: 11:10 AM. Location: Dehradun. It might be my imagination, but the air does feel lighter and clearer afterwards. It makes me feel like I have some control over the atmosphere in my home, which is comforting.
