Why did I get a panic attack and what should I do now?

Name: Arjun Date of Birth: 3 July 1997 Place of Birth: Jaipur Time: 12:25 AM Two nights ago, I finally had my first outright panic attack, racing heartbeat, breathlessness, and this awful feeling that I was going to die. Ever since, I've been anxious pretty much all the time, even when everything is okay. I'm terrified it's going to happen again, and I don't know how to make it stop. I haven't said anything to anyone yet because I'm worried they'll think I'm a wimp. I'm in a state of fear and tension. What do I do now to stop this from going further?

Namaste, Arjun. You are not a "wimp"; you have experienced a "Mars-Rahu" surge. A panic attack is like a sudden electrical short-circuit in the nervous system. In your chart, the suddenness suggests a transit affecting your 8th House (sudden events) or your Ascendant. The Astrological Reason: Once the "alarm" has been tripped, your mind stays in a state of Vigilance (fear of fear). This is your inner "guardian" overreacting. The racing heart is simply excess Pitta (fire) looking for a way out. The Solution & Remedies: ● Immediate Help: Carry a piece of Black Tourmaline or a small coconut. These absorb the "excess electricity" of fear. ● Earth Connection: Eat "root" vegetables (carrots, potatoes, beets) to ground your energy. ● The "So-Ham" Breath: Inhale saying "So," exhale saying "Ham." It aligns your soul (Atma) with your breath.
