Why do I always feel powerless every time an anxiety attack starts to accumulate?
Name: Kabir Date of Birth: 11 June 2006 Place of Birth: Delhi Time: 03:15 PM. Each time I am feeling an anxiety attack, I am helpless. It begins with a bizarre feeling of unease in my chest and then builds into fear and bewilderment. I try to distract myself, but nothing works. I have skipped class and social events in fear of having an episode in public. I would like to know what I can do in the first few moments before the attack is really going full-force to end it before it takes over my body and mind? Can I interrupt the pattern before it has me in its grip? I don't want to feel helpless anymore.

4 months agoGreetings, Kabir. Born in Delhi with a Gemini influence, your nervous system is naturally fast and highly receptive. The "bizarre feeling of unease" is your Mercury picking up on a transit before it hits. You feel powerless because you wait for the storm to arrive. You need to use Mars (action) to break the Mercury (thought) loop. The Cause: An overactive "Fight or Flight" response triggered by Mercury-Saturn aspects. Remedy & Solution: ● The "3-Minute Rule": The moment you feel that first "unease," change your physical location. If in a room, go to the balcony. If sitting, stand up and jump 10 times. This "Mars action" interrupts the "Mercury thought" loop. ● Sour Therapy: Carry a very sour candy or a lemon slice. The intense sourness (ruled by Rahu/Venus) forces the brain to switch from "Panic Mode" to "Sensory Processing Mode." ● Mantra: Chant "Hum" (the Beej mantra for the throat) to open the airways before the chest constricts.
