Meera Joshi

Why do I experience the sudden waves of fear and dread when I have to see new people even to have a casual meeting?
Name: Meera Joshi Date of Birth: 21st July 2004 Place of Birth: Delhi Time of Birth: 3:35 PM. I experience my stomach turn when I meet someone new, even I just bump into them in the school setting or at a social event. This is swirling my mind, I might say something wrong. Will they judge me? I stammer sometimes, and I shake my hands. Even little presentations make me humiliate myself several hours later. I am not outgoing, so I do not engage in social life as much as I do not, therefore, and this makes me feel lonely and infuriated, given that I indeed want to interact with people. I am wondering whether my planetary placements are the reason why I am being so sensitive to social judgment and fear.

This happens because your brain is getting ready to either fight-or-flight response. Run away. When you meet people, you feel like you are being judged. This fear of being judged makes you feel panicked. You might even start breathing fast, stutter and feel totally overwhelmed. Your mind starts thinking about all the things that could go wrong like saying something. Then your body reacts to these thoughts before you can even think clearly. Avoidance then grows, even though you genuinely want connection, which creates loneliness and frustration. Replaying events afterward is a common anxiety pattern, not proof you failed. This strongly fits having social anxiety, not a personality flaw. Astrology may reflect emotional depth, but it does not cause panic. With support and gradual exposure, the nervous system can be restrained
