Why do I feel anxious about the future even when things are fine?
My name is Alok, born in Patna on 25th February 1965 at 10:35 AM. I have a good family, stable finances, and overall peace, but I still feel anxious about the future. I keep worrying about my children’s lives, my health, and random things that haven’t even happened. It’s constant and tiring. Could this be generalized anxiety disorder? Does astrology explain why I can’t stop worrying?

3 months agoAstrological Analysis & Solution: Alok ji, born in 1965, you belong to a generation that values "Security." In your chart, the planet Saturn (Shani) has a strong aspect on your 4th house (Happiness) and Moon. This creates a "Duty-Bound" mind that feels it must worry to protect the family. What you call "constant and tiring" worry is, in astrology, an overactive "Shani-Chandra" (Saturn-Moon) influence. It makes you look for problems that haven't happened yet to "prepare" for them. While only a doctor can diagnose GAD, your chart certainly shows a predisposition for "Future-Fear." Detailed Remedies & Strategic Path: The Iron Shield: Every Saturday, offer mustard oil to Shani Dev. This transforms your "Worry" into "Stability." Health Remedy: To reduce health-related anxiety, keep a small copper vessel of water by your bedside at night and pour it into a plant in the morning. Do not drink it. Mantra: Chant the "Mahamrityunjaya Mantra" 11 times every morning. This is the ultimate shield against the fear of the future and health issues. Advice: Realize that your children have their own "Prarabdha" (Destiny). Your worry cannot change their stars, but your "Peace" can bless their lives.
