Why do I feel anxious socially even with people I'm close to?
Name: Ananya Date of Birth: 11 April 1996 Place of Birth: Lucknow Time: 4:35 PM. It's peculiar I get nervous around people I've known forever. Whether it's the closest friends or family, I still stiffen up prior to speaking, second-guess what I'm saying, and worry they'll judge me. I used to think social anxiety was all about strangers or crowds, but mine manifests in the places most familiar. I feel ashamed for not being able to unwind with people who love me. Why does this happen? Is it normal for me to have social anxiety even with people I trust?

6 months agoGreetings, Ananya. Born in Lucknow in April, you have a strong Aries/Taurus influence—you value stability. The Cause: Anxiety with close people is often "Karmic." It suggests that in a past life or early childhood, "home" wasn't "safe." Your 4th house (Family) is being influenced by Ketu, making you feel like a stranger in your own house. Remedy & Solution: ● Flower Remedy: Keep Yellow Marigolds in your living room. They invite Jupiter's warmth into family interactions. ● Food: Eat a small piece of jaggery before talking to family members to "sweeten" your internal disposition. ● Action: "The 10-Minute Truth." Tell your closest friend about this feeling. Bringing the "shame" into the light of Mercury (communication) kills the anxiety.
