Why do I feel more irritable and restless after certain guided sessions?
I have noticed that after listening to some high-energy or fast-paced guided sessions, I feel more irritable, agitated, and restless for hours afterward. This is the opposite of the intended effect. I worry that the meditation is overstimulating my nervous system and triggering unpredictable mood swings. Should I stick only to sessions with very slow pacing to manage my anxiety?
