Why do I feel overwhelmed and anxious before family gatherings, even though I love being with them?
Name: Kavya Rao Date of Birth: 9th June 2005 Place of Birth: Bangalore Time of Birth: 5:50 AM I am fidgety even at the thought of family get-togethers. My chest becomes tight, my heart jumps, and I envision all the ways I can humiliate myself. My hands shake emotionally a little when I attend, and my thoughts are much of the same, completely uncontrollable. I even excuse myself sometimes to miss events, yet I really desire to attend. The trend has been stable throughout the last year, and it makes family relations psychologically exhausting. Is it in my horoscope why I feel deeply guilty of these social circumstances, and are certain planetary dispositions composing me to be more sensitive and prone to judgment and social embarrassments?

You should know that this is not your fault. It is just that your nervous system is working hard and gets stuck in a bad pattern. Anxiety is the problem, not you.
