Why do I feel randomly anxious even when things are peaceful and normal?
Name: Kabir Date of birth: 12 August 1999 Place of birth: Bengaluru Time: 6:50 AM Certain mornings I wake up okay, and by the middle of the day I'm drenched with anxiety, revved-up thoughts, constricted chest, and an aura of foreboding. Nothing ever sets it off. No fights, no bad news, no looming deadlines. It just arrives and commandeers me. Other days, I anticipate stress and remain perfectly relaxed. It's on again, off again and leaves me with the feeling that I have no control of my emotions. Why am I getting anxious at random moments even when everything seems fine and peaceful? I want to know the reason why this is increasing and falling and how I can manage them better.

Even if your life is peaceful, the moving planets (like the Moon changing signs every 2.5 days) may be hitting sensitive points in your natal chart.
