Why do I feel scared instead of relaxed when I meditate for anxiety?
Namaste, I’m Tanya, 25, born 4th May 1998 at 7:10 AM in Bangalore. I started meditating to control my anxiety, but every session makes me feel more scared. My heartbeat increases, my thoughts race, and sometimes I feel tears coming. I don’t know why meditation, which is supposed to calm me, makes me panic. Can you help me understand what kind of meditation or timing would actually help me relax, based on my chart?
