Why do I feel suffocated at work even when I’m doing fine?

Namaste, my name is Prakash, born in Delhi on 9th June 1993 at 8:20 AM. I have a stable job and I’m doing reasonably well, but lately, I feel suffocated whenever I go to work. I feel like there’s constant pressure on me, even if no one is saying anything. My chest feels heavy, I sweat a lot, and sometimes I even think of quitting. Could this be related to anxiety, and does my horoscope show such patterns?

Hello Prakash, Feeling suffocated at work, even when things are going well, is often linked to professional anxiety and mental pressure. Your professional anxiety chart can show tendencies where the mind reacts strongly to expectations, creating tension, restlessness, and physical symptoms like chest heaviness or sweating. Coping techniques and career anxiety remedies focus on grounding routines, mindful breathing, and stress management practices to restore emotional wellbeing. Planetary guidance can help identify patterns that trigger these feelings. With consistent practice, tension reduction improves, work anxiety softens, and you gradually feel calmer, more focused, and able to manage professional responsibilities with clarity and confidence.

Hi Prakash, thank you for reaching out to us. I would really like to point out that you are heavily over worked, and you might not even realise it somehow. Although quitting is never an option, I have to ask : are you being paid enough for your productivity? I feel you have achieved a lot professionally over the years, and healed your inner child for the present. But in the process, you have lost the innocence in you which craves for having a really good time, and maybe enjoying your hard earned money once in a while. I would also like to point out that it is not anxiety, but signs of working endlessly. Astrology might be used for self reflection, but never the solution to anything absolute. Have you considered taking a seat back and delegating your tasks which are not expected of you - or are you simply trying to be a people pleaser and be pressured more? If so, I would urge you to take time off as much as possible and enjoy it. Life is not only about chasing after money, but enjoying it in the process. If you fall down more into the deep hole, it will be difficult to bring you back up. Do love yourself, and let it all go for once.
