Why do I feel tense and panicky during arguments with friends?
Namaste, it's Tanya here — when I argue with friends, my chest tightens, I lose appetite, and replay everything all night (Kolkata, 9th May 2001, 5:25 AM). When that happens, I feel more anxious about my symptoms and the cycle repeats. Is it something I am to have naturally by birth and how can I control it?

You care deeply about your friends and you overthink every small thing, this is the main reason to feel this way. The Moon in your chart gives empathy but also makes you extremely emotional. I suggest you to avoid argument as much as you can. Start seeing yourself as an individual who cannot control everything. You can keep a small rose quartz crystal near you to balance your emotions. Every night before sleeping, write your thoughts on paper and 5 things you are grateful for. You can easily heal this issue in a few months by making small changes and by performing remedies. SOme remedies For you - 1. Keep a small Tulsi plant at home and water it every day. 2. Must do guided yog nidra meditation every night 3. Drink water slowly and take deep breaths when you feel anxious. 4. Reduce phone use especially at night. 5. Chant softly, “Om Namah Shivaya” [ 51 times everyday ]
