Why do I freeze when I have to talk to strangers?

Hello, my name is Aakash, born in Delhi on 12th March 2006 at 4:45 PM. Whenever I have to talk to strangers or meet new people, I completely freeze. My throat dries up, my face turns red, and I feel like everyone is judging me. Because of this, I avoid social gatherings and even skip school events. Could this be social anxiety disorder? Does my horoscope show this nature?

Hello Aakash, being an introvert is one of the heightened reason to have fear while talking to strangers. Extreme shyness can also be a cause. Do note that using astrology should be a tool for self reflection, and not a replacement for psychological care. What you can do to evade this one step at a time while being consistent : Pray to HanumanJi and read Hanuman Chalisa for courage and self expression. Choose the colour blue or green when you ere going to be social. Also, record your self in front of a mirror to build ease. Imagine you are the main character and the world is your oyster.

Hello Aakash, Freezing when talking to strangers is a common sign of social anxiety and shy personality anxiety. Even if you prepare, the mind can feel overwhelmed in new situations, causing physical reactions like dry throat, blushing, and tension. Teenage horoscope stress can show tendencies toward heightened sensitivity, making social interactions more challenging. Coping strategies and confidence building can help manage social tension. Simple routines like grounding exercises, slow breathing, and gradual exposure to social situations improve emotional regulation. With consistent practice, nervous reactions soften, self-confidence grows, and interactions with strangers or group events gradually feel easier and less stressful.
