Why do I get headaches when I am trying to meditate on my chakras?

Name: Tanya, Date of birth: 7 July 1996, Place of birth: Lucknow, Time: 8:10 AM. I have been learning about chakras lately and experimented meditating on my crown and third eye chakras. But every time I try to, I get a headache or have a pressure in my forehead. What are chakras and why do I get headaches when I meditate on them? Is it a sign of stagnant energy or am I misdoing in my meditation practice?

Tanya, your Cancer Sun makes you deeply intuitive, but your 8:10 AM birth time suggests that you may have a "Top-Heavy" energy distribution. Headaches during Third Eye or Crown meditation usually mean your "Lower Chakras" (Root and Sacral) are not grounded enough to handle the high-voltage energy you are pulling into your head. It is like trying to run a 1000-watt bulb on a 5-watt wire. The Detailed Solution: Chakras are energy vortices. When you focus only on the "Upper" ones without "Grounding" the "Lower" ones, the energy gets "stuck" in your forehead, causing pressure. You aren't "misdoing" it, but you are being "incomplete." ● Stop meditating on the Third Eye for 7 days. ● Focus only on the Root Chakra (at the base of your spine). ● Imagine roots growing from your feet into the Earth. ● Once your "Electrical Grounding" is strong, the energy will flow through your head instead of getting stuck in it. The Remedy:Remedy: Eat "Grounding" foods like ginger, carrots, or peanuts before you meditate. ● Action: Practice "Earthing"—walk barefoot on natural grass for 10 minutes daily. ● Mantra: Chant "Lam" (Root sound) instead of "Om" until the headaches disappear.
