Why do I get panic attacks while driving even when the road is familiar and safe?

Name: Rachna Date of Birth: 17 July 1995 Place of Birth: Nashik Time: 06:30 PM. I've begun experiencing panic attacks while driving, even on routes I've taken for years. It starts with a constricted chest and dizziness, and I'm convinced I'll lose control of the vehicle. I've had to stop several times just to catch my breath. It's so frightening because I'm always alone and no one is there to assist me. I take side streets now and avoid highways, but even that doesn't seem safe enough. I need to know how to self-soothe in the moment and stay safe. Is there some way to get through these attacks without giving up driving entirely?

Namaste, Rachna. Born in Nashik with a Cancer sun, you value "Home" and "Safety," making the road feel like a hostile environment. Driving is ruled by Venus (vehicles) and Mercury (navigation). Panic on familiar roads is a "Ketu" interference—it makes the familiar feel "strange" or "unsafe." The Cause: A "Vata" surge in the 3rd house of travel. Remedy & Solution:The "Singing" Remedy: Singing aloud (ruled by Venus/Mercury) forces your breathing to become rhythmic and prevents the "chest constriction." It also occupies the "Gemini" part of your brain so it can't obsess over "losing control." ● Essential Oils: Keep a bottle of Lavender or Peppermint in the car. Smell it when the "dizziness" starts. ● Action: "Side-Street Training." Don't avoid the highway entirely, but drive one exit on a Sunday when it's quiet. Reclaim your territory yard by yard.
