Why do I get shaky before job interviews?

Namaskar sir, my name is Sourav, born in Chandigarh on 17th February 2002 at 6:25 AM. I’ve been preparing for job interviews, but every time the actual day comes, I get so nervous that my voice trembles and my hands start shaking. Even if I know the answers, my performance suffers because of this nervous energy. I feel like my anxiety is blocking opportunities for me. Can you see in my chart if there’s a planetary influence behind this, and is there a way to manage it better?

Dear Sourav, firstly kudos to you that you are bagging job interviews. This is your time, and you are here for it till you hit the finish line. So, you get shaky before job interviews, don't you ? Do note that it is a normal physiological stress response triggered by anxiety - but nothing to be afraid of. We fear the unknown. The brain undergoes a "fight-or-flight" situation, causing noticeable symptoms like sweating, heart racing, and trembling with fear as we succumb to it. We experience this mostly under pressure of not wanting to be branded as a failure. I see Jupiter is in Gemini, which is an enemy sign in your chart which causes inner contradictions. This may also manifest as talking too much or overthinking, thus you feeling nervous. But please do not let it get to you. The more you let the planets control you, you end up losing. I will urge you to talk to as many strangers as you can, and give more interviews. One day you will be there where you want to be professionally. All the best!

Hello Sourav, Feeling shaky before job interviews is a common sign of career stress and performance anxiety. From a career stress astrology perspective, planetary influence, especially stressed Mercury or Moon, can heighten nervous energy and create young professional nerves, even when preparation is strong. Anxiety signs include trembling, racing thoughts, and difficulty focusing under pressure. Stress reduction and performance management can be supported through grounding routines, mindful breathing, and emotional awareness. Astrology can guide remedies to balance planetary energy, helping reduce work tension. With consistent practice, mental clarity improves, nervousness softens, and interviews become more manageable, allowing your preparation and skills to shine naturally.
