Why do I get so restless when I try to meditate?

My mind is anxious, but my body is worse. The moment I try to sit still, my legs ache, my back itches, and I have an irresistible need to move. A 10-minute session feels like torture, amplifying my physical discomfort. Guided body scans make me hyper-aware of every little sensation, which just increases the anxiety. Are there meditation techniques for people who physically cannot sit still? My name is Sudeep, born on 7th September at 2 AM, and I live in Noida.
