Why do I keep assuming something's wrong with me even when I'm okay?

Name: Soham Date of Birth: 9 August 1996 Place of Birth: Mumbai Time: 11:30 AM. I still assume that there is something wrong with me even when I am fine physically. I look out for symptoms in my body, worry about hidden diseases, and even imagine that there is pain at times. It's like my brain refuses to believe that I am healthy. I've had blood tests, scans, and doctors' visits but the uncertainty won't leave me in peace. I want to know why I have so much doubt regarding my health and how I can try to stop it. Can I ever teach myself to believe my body again?

Namaste, Soham. It is incredibly frustrating when your brain refuses to believe the clinical evidence of your health. The Problem: Your birth date (9 August 1996) indicates a strong willpower, but when that energy turns inward, it becomes doubt. This "refusal to believe" is a disconnect between the Physical Body (Annamaya Kosha) and the Mental Body (Manomaya Kosha). You have "divorced" your body and now treat it like a suspicious stranger. The Solution & Remedies:Interoceptive Exposure: Spend 5 minutes a day sitting quietly and just feeling your heartbeat or breath without judging it. Re-befriend your physical sensations. ● Fact-Checking: Keep an "Evidence Log." On one side, write the fear ("I have a hidden disease"). On the other, write the fact ("Blood test on Jan 10th was normal"). ● Astrological Remedy: Offer Sun salutations (Surya Namaskar) at dawn. Strengthening your Sun (Surya) builds the "Inner Light" that dispels the darkness of doubt.
