Why do I make myself believe that I'm sick even when I test fine?

Name: Rhea Date of Birth: 14 June 1994 Place of Birth: Kolkata Time: 10:15 AM. Hi, I fixate on every little symptom like headaches, stomachache, even tiredness. I automatically think it's something bad like cancer or some neurological disease. I've had several tests and all come out normal, but still, I go on a tangent. I constantly check my pulse, google symptoms, and even skip certain activities for fear. It's tiring and influencing my relationships. I wish to know how to avoid believing I'm sick when I'm not. Is breaking this health anxiety habit a possibility and being normal once again?

Greeting: Namaste, Rhea. It takes great courage to admit that your mind is racing ahead of your body. The Problem: Your birth details (14 June 1994) suggest a sensitive planetary alignment where the mind is prone to "over-analysis." In astrology, when the Moon is influenced by Mercury or Rahu, it creates a "feedback loop." You aren't just feeling a headache; you are feeling the fear of what that headache represents. This is a classic sign of Health Anxiety and OCD-like checking behaviors. Your "tangent" is a defense mechanism—your brain thinks that by worrying, it is "preparing" you. The Solution & Remedies:The "Rule of Three": When you feel a symptom, wait three days before Googling. Usually, anxiety-induced symptoms dissipate when ignored. ● Grounding Ritual: Since you fixate on your pulse, try a "Five Senses" grounding exercise. Name 5 things you see, 4 you can touch, 3 you hear, 2 you smell, and 1 you taste. ● Astrological Remedy: Donate green moong dal on Wednesdays to balance Mercury (the planet of the nervous system). Wear a silver ring on your little finger to stabilize your Moon’s energy and calm the "tangent" thoughts.
