Why do I overthink small fights with friends so much?
Hello sir, I’m Pooja, born in Patna on 18th December 2007 at 8:15 PM. Whenever I have even a small misunderstanding with my friends, I overthink it so much that I can’t sleep. I keep replaying conversations in my head, imagining worst-case scenarios, and even start crying for no big reason. My parents say I’m too sensitive, but I feel like it’s more than that. Could this be related to anxiety? From my chart, do you see any planetary reasons for such tendencies?

Do you think you have abandonment issues - have you ever been betrayed before by any close friend which is still affecting you subconsciously? You might also bring your attention to having unhealthy communication patterns like avoiding conflict. If you avoid conflict because you fear it will ruin the relationship, small issues can build up until they cause a bigger blow-up. Or taking things personally. There are countless reasons, such as feeling unworthy of that friendship: do they judge you / are you a victim of peer pressure and keeping up a front to them ? Or are you simply too afraid to lose them ? Being sensitive is fine till the point you are not losing yourself with it. I do not think it is anxiety. Pooja, you are pretty young. This is a time to understand yourself and find good friends who value you for valuing yourself. Find them and keep them close. Do away with people who are not good for you.
