Why do I panic and feel nervous before public speaking?

This is Sameer, 32, born on 4th September 1991 at 6:25 AM in Pune, working in IT. My job requires me to give presentations often. Just before speaking, I start sweating badly, feel like my voice will crack, and even forget points I revised again and again. Later, I keep replaying how badly I performed. Can you suggest something to make it better?

Namaste Sameer, Many people get nervous before speaking or performing in front of others. Even great singers and actors feel the same before going on stage. It is not a sign of weakness. It is just your mind reacting too strongly. As per your birth chart i can see that you want to do everything perfectly that's why you overthink. But with practice and time, you can overcome it easily. You just need to trust yourself a little more and not worry about what others think. Start with small steps like speaking in front of a mirror or with close friends. Take deep breaths before any presentation and remind yourself that it’s okay to make mistakes. Every time you practice, your confidence will grow stronger. SOME REMEDIES FOR YOU - 1. Offer water to the Moon every Monday night. [ remedy for moon planet and to balance emotions ] 2. Chant Om shanti shanti shanti everyday [ 51 times ] 3. Walk barefoot on grass for 10 minutes daily.
