Why do I panic and feel trapped at networking events, even after therapy and astrology consultations?
Name: Ishaan Mehta Date of Birth: 14th March 2005 Place of Birth: Pune Time of Birth: 7:05 AM In the last one year, whenever I find myself at a professional networking, I start feeling paralyzed, I experience chest tightness and my hands shake. I had attempted therapy and talked to a doctor and even went to an astrologer, but the anxiety will not go away. I am concerned about making a wrong comment, and my brain is full of negative reproach toward myself. I would like to know the reason why I experience this great anxiety when in a social context and whether there is some solution by astrology that shows the placement of the planets that would make me vulnerable to interactions at work or social life.

You can try therapy and some ways to deal with this anxiety. It might get a little better over time.. Sometimes the panic is still there because it is something that you have learned to do and you keep doing it to avoid things that make you nervous. Social-performance anxiety is still something that you have to deal with. Your brain thinks something bad is going to happen with people and your body gets ready to fight or run away. If you keep putting yourself in these situations and you are kind, to yourself your body can learn to handle stress over time. Your brain and body can learn to react when you are stressed. (symbolic advice): So your Pisces Sun, which is from March 14 is connected to being really sensitive and caring about what others think. This can sometimes make you feel anxious in work situations. Many people, with astrological signs as you are confident when they meet new people, show that it is not just your personality that decides how you do in social situations. Your Pisces Sun is still a part of who you're and it can affect how you feel but it is not the only thing that matters. Astrology can offer reflective insight into tendencies, but your symptoms are rooted in learned nervous-system responses. Real improvement comes from gradual exposure, self-soothing practices, and cultivating confidence, not planetary positions.
