Why do I panic more when there's no one around to help me?

Name: Aarav Date of Birth: 22 February 2008 Place of Birth: Mumbai Time: 09:10 PM. I'm 17 and I frequently stay home alone when my parents work late. I'm fine during the day but as soon as it becomes evening, my anxiety level goes up. It begins with a constricted chest and then escalates into full-fledged panic. I think I'm going to pass out or lose my mind, and the worst thing is there's no one nearby to assist me. I've attempted to phone friends but I tend to lock up and am unable to communicate. I'd like to learn what I can do during such times when I'm utterly alone and must calm myself right away. Is there some means of feeling secure without anyone else?

Hello Aarav. At 17, born in Mumbai, you are navigating the transition from the Moon (childhood) to Mercury (youth). Your fear of being alone is a "Ketu" shadow. Ketu can make us feel isolated even when safe. The "constricted chest" is Saturn tightening your heart center because you feel unprotected. You are not "losing your mind"; you are experiencing a temporary "sensory overload" because your Mars (courage) hasn't fully matured yet. The Cause: A lack of "Solar" presence (protection) in your environment, triggering a primal survival response. Remedy & Solution:The "Weight" Technique: When parents are away, use a weighted blanket or several heavy pillows. This mimics the physical "Saturnian" protection you feel when others are around. ● Sound Therapy: Play the Hanuman Chalisa or "Binaural Beats" at 432Hz. This frequency aligns with the Earth’s vibration and reduces the "Rahu" noise in the brain. ● Action: "Micro-Socializing." If you can't speak on the phone, text a friend just one word: "Hey." The digital connection acts as a "Mercury bridge," making you feel less alone without the pressure of speech.
