Why do dizziness and shortness of breath happen suddenly while sitting calmly?

Namaste sir, main Naina, born 18th March 2006, Delhi, 3:15 PM. Kabhi kabhi mind restless ho jaata hai aur body tense feel hoti hai. I even felt this at the grocery store yesterday. Could astrology explain why I get sudden episodes?
