Why do i always feel like crying and demotivated? Please update me with my planetary position

Namaste, I'm Aarav, born in Chandigarh, on 21th July 1999 at 7:36am. The last 2 years have been great home wreaking, I do not identify with life, though I have good friends and a beautiful family. I stereotypically cry without any cause and I get demotivated to work or to do some hobbies. I ask myself whether this depression is due to the position of the planets in my chart. Please look and advise me on how I might go about this period?

Namaste Aarav Ji, It takes great courage to admit to "stereotypical crying" when life appears fine. Born on July 21, 1999, at 7:36 AM in Chandigarh, you are a Cancer Ascendant, making you an emotional "sponge." Your Moon is in Libra, but it is currently under the heavy transit of Saturn. This is a classic "Vish Yoga" (Poison Combination) effect. Even if Saturn isn't touching the Moon in your natal chart, its current position is "squeezing" your lunar joy, causing tears to flow like an overflowing vessel. The demotivation you feel is due to Mars (Mangal) being suppressed. Mars is the planet of "Do-ing," and when it is weak, hobbies and work feel like mountain-climbing. This is a temporary planetary influence, not your identity. You are crying because your soul is trying to wash away "karmic dust" that you have carried for many years. Remedy & Problem Solution:Hanuman Chalisa for Vitality: To counter demotivation, you need the fire of Hanuman Ji. Recite the Hanuman Chalisa twice a day. It will convert your tears into "Tejas" (Radiance). ● Salt Water Feet Soak: Every Saturday evening, soak your feet in warm water mixed with rock salt. This "draws out" the Saturnine heaviness from your body, preventing the sudden urge to cry. ● Mustard Oil Lamp: Light a diya with mustard oil under a Peepal tree on Saturday evenings. This satisfies Shani Dev and releases the grip he has on your emotional well-being.
