Why do others judge anxiety and panic disorders as if they are bogus issues?

Name: Kalpana Date of birth: 11 November 1999 Place of birth: Ahmedabad Time: 7:30 AM I've explained my anxiety and panic attacks to a few people, and the reactions have been underwhelming. Some complain that I'm just being dramatic, and others tell me to "just relax" or "think positive." It leaves me feeling ashamed and not understood. Why do people judge panic and anxiety disorders as if they were not actual issues? I want to learn why this stigma exists and how I can speak about my experience without feeling belittled or dismissed.

Namaste, Kalpana. It is deeply painful when your internal storm is dismissed as "drama." In Astrology, people with very "Earth-heavy" charts (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn) often struggle to understand the "Water/Air" struggles of anxiety. The Reason: Stigma exists because people fear what they cannot see. They want to believe life is controllable, and your anxiety reminds them that it isn't. The Solution & Remedies: ● Boundary Setting: You do not owe an explanation to those who committed to misunderstanding you. ● Confidence: Wear a small bit of gold to strengthen your Sun, which helps you stand firm in your truth without feeling shame.
