Why does bowl sound well up deep sadness and tears unexpectedly?

My name is Rohan, DOB August 17, 1991. I don't even feel sad when I sit down, but the second the sound starts vibrating, this deep, heavy sadness wells up out of nowhere. The tones seem to resonate right in the center of my chest, and I can't stop the tears. Time: 7:45 PM. Location: Bangalore. It's confusing and a little scary.
