Why does dog leave room during bowl sensitive to sound energy?

My dog usually follows me everywhere, but when I play the bowl, he gets up and leaves the room. My name is Alia, born January 19, 1994. I can't tell if the sound is hurting his sensitive ears or if the energy is just too intense for him. Time: 3:15 PM. Location: Jaipur.
