Why does extreme self-awareness during meditation make me anxious?
Jab main zaroorat se zyada aware ho jaata hoon aur sab kuch feel karne lagta hoon, toh mujhe bahut ghabraahat hone lagti hai. Aisa lagta hai ki main control kho raha hoon. I need to know why awareness feels like an old way of acting that threatens my stability and makes my anxiety worse. Is it a psychological defense mechanism?
