Why does meditation make me passive for my anxiety?
My anxiety is often about real issues—my job security, financial debt. Meditation teaches acceptance, but I'm scared that by "accepting" these anxious feelings, I'm just becoming passive and not taking action to solve the actual problems. Am I using meditation to avoid dealing with my life? How do I find the balance between accepting feelings and taking action without letting my stress paralyze me?
