Why does my friend get anxious and over-apologize during small talk, even when nothing is wrong?

Name: Meera Kapoor Date of Birth: 9th October 2004 Place of Birth: Delhi Time of Birth: 3:10 PM My friend Meera has observed that even a small passing conversation will leave her very anxious. She overapologizes over minute errors and feels criticized when talking. When addressing her peers or people she knows, her hands shake and her chest constricts while speaking. She has begun to isolate herself from friends with whom she is close with though she desires to interact with them. Would astrology explain such a strong reaction to social life? Is she becoming unusually sensitive to what she sees as judgments on her part by other individuals because of some corresponding planetary placements?

Answer - Meera gets really nervous when she has to talk with people. This is anxiety. She just gets very worried about what other people think of her. She gets into panicky mode. She also gets thoughts racing through her mind fast. This happens because she is scared of being judged or doing something Meera over apologizes so that people take a liking to her. Meera feels overwhelmed to spend time with her friends. This is not because she does not want to be around them, it is just that she gets anxious real soon. These reactions are things that Meera has learned to think and feel. With awareness and support and gradual exposure to situations her confidence in social interactions with her friends can get better over time.
