Why does my night-time health anxiety intensify and cause me to fear dying?

Name: Tanmay Date of Birth: 18 October 1990 Place of Birth: Kolkata Time: 11:20 PM. Hi, I have unbearable night-time health anxiety. I lie awake feeling my heartbeat and worrying about swift death or underlying illnesses. I am physically well, yet my mind convinces me that there must be something wrong. I have tried distraction and breathing exercises but they are not trustworthy. I would appreciate it if you could tell me why this anxiety is increased at night and how to avoid it ruining my sleep and peace of mind.
