Why does my stomach tighten when it comes to one individual? Is that associated with my solar plexus chakra?
There is a person in my life, someone whom I am frequently around, someone who makes my stomach knot the minute they walk into the room. It's not exactly fear but I feel I don't have control over myself. I've heard that the solar plexus chakra is linked with personal space and intuition. Is this physical response related to my solar plexus? Why does my stomach knot when this person is present, and how is it related to my chakra?

a month agoDetailed Astrological & Energetic Analysis: Yes, this physical response is the Manipura (Solar Plexus) chakra's "Emergency Warning System." The Solar Plexus is not just about your ego; it is your Energetic Perimeter. It is the radar that detects the "Willpower" of others. Why the Stomach Knots Up: The Power Mismatch: This person likely has a very dominant or "vampiric" energetic presence. Your stomach knots because your Manipura is literally "bracing for impact." It is constricting to prevent your energy from being drained or overpowered by them. Intuitive "Clairsentience": You are "feeling" their vibration in your digestive center. Your intuition is telling you that this person crosses your Personal Space or disregards your autonomy. The Loss of Control: You feel you "don't have control" because your chakra is diverting all its energy into defense, leaving no energy for your "Social Expression." Detailed Remedy: Before you know you will be around this person, perform a "Yellow Shielding" ritual. Place your hand on your solar plexus and visualize a bright yellow light hardening into a shield. This tells your chakra "I have protected us," allowing the physical knot to relax. Carry a Yellow Tiger's Eye stone to act as a "Bouncer" for your personal space.
