Why does skepticism block Pranahuti benefits in Heartfulness for anxiety?
I am naturally a skeptic and find the concept of Pranahuti or spiritual energy transmission hard to believe in fully. I worry that my deep-seated doubt prevents the practice from working effectively. Can I still achieve the measurable benefits of reduced anxiety and better mental health if I approach meditation purely as a self-regulation technique, or is belief necessary for the practice to succeed?
