Why is my solar plexus chakra burning so much?

"My name is Meenal. I was born in Jaipur on 27 August 1995 at 8:10 PM. Two years ago, I bumped into my twin flame. Though it was not for long, I had some of my best times with him. I have been doing chakra meditations since our breakup to deal with the loss. But whenever I concentrate on my solar plexus chakra, I get this burning feeling that makes me cry. It feels like that longing has been stored there. Why do I have such a burning sensation in my solar plexus chakra when I miss my twin flame?

Meenal, born in Jaipur at 8:10 PM, your energy is "Vesperal"—the energy of the evening star. The "burning" you feel in your plexus chakra when thinking of your "twin flame" is a very specific type of energetic friction. You describe it as "longing stored there," and when you meditate, it makes you cry. You are worried that this "burn" is a sign of damage or a "curse" of the connection that you cannot escape. The Solution: In the study of the 12 chakras, the solar plexus is the "furnace" where we digest the "Self." A "Twin Flame" connection is not a romantic "happily ever after"; it is a "Refiner’s Fire." The reason it "burns" in your 3rd chakra is that this person acted as a mirror, showing you parts of your own "power" and "identity" that you weren't ready to see. The "burning" is the "ego" resisting the "soul's" expansion. The "longing" is actually "unprocessed grief" that has become "acidic" in your energetic stomach. You aren't burning because he is gone; you are burning because you are trying to "hold onto" a version of yourself that no longer exists. The crying is the "steam" released from that fire—it is necessary for your 3rd chakra healing. Remedy: You need to "Cool the Furnace" without "Extinguishing the Light." Avoid "hot" stones like Carnelian right now. Instead, use Yellow Jade or Moonstone. Moonstone is crucial here because it brings "Lunar" (emotional) intelligence to the "Solar" (ego) center. Place the stone on your navel and visualize a cool, indigo-blue stream of water flowing from your heart down into the burning yellow fire of the solar plexus. This creates a "Golden Mist" that is much easier to process. Additionally, drink "Fennel and Rose" water. Fennel cools the digestive fire (Saman Vayu), and Rose heals the "longing" in the heart, allowing the plexus chakra to return to a steady, warm glow rather than a painful burn.
