Why lighter visualize naked insecure blown away armor?

I feel naked and insecure when I visualize myself as lighter. My burden brings me the feeling of substance and presence in the world. In its absence I would be nothing, I think I could be blown off or totally neglected. My additional weight is body armor. The meditation reveals how I have great fear of not having it.
